MEET THE DOCTOR

As the Staff Veterinarian, Dr. Nermin Massoud received her D.V.M Degree from Alexandria University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Further studies allowed her to receive a graduate degree for Clinical Veterinary Medicine & Surgery from Tuskegee University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 before joining Val-U-Vet™ in 2008.  Her background brings several years of extensive knowledge and experience in small animal veterinary care. For several years and in a variety of states, her clinical expertise has helped pets maintain high-quality health. Dr. Massoud enjoys medicine and surgery and has a special interest in diagnostic problem solving. Her experience encompasses an array of services such as vaccination against diseases, pet medications, treat and dress injuries, spay and neuters, feline declaw and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Massoud also advises pet owners about nutrition and animal behavior.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association (FVMA).
