The Greater Sanford Regional Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 90th anniversary October 26, 2010. We are very excited to be a part of the Chamber in this milestone celebration.  Although the organization has gone through several name changes throughout its history, its purpose has remained consistent: to create and foster a dynamic business climate that provides a higher quality of life for community members.

Throughout the year we are looking forward to the festivities surrounding our History.  We will kick off the celebration at our January luncheon and every luncheon thereafter will reflect the times from 1920 to the Present.  At the October luncheon we will mark the event with cake and confetti in honor of our incorporation on October 26, 1920.

Highlighting the year will be a “Puttin on The Ritz” Dinner, Dance and live Entertainment.

We hope that you enjoy the Great History noted in this Keepsake Directory Edition.  As a member of The Greater Sanford Regional Chamber you should be proud to belong to the oldest chamber in the state.  The year 2010 will bring to you a multitude of opportunities to network and promote your business through sponsorships at these great events.  At the same time we are working together to build a stronger economy, build camaraderie with other members of the business community and develop professional relationships in order to build your business.
