Florida!

Our Community |

To live in Sanford is to enjoy the small town
lifestyle of this quiet rural community, yet have
the convenient access to businesses, employment
and entertainment opportunities of two major metropolitan
areas, Orlando and Daytona Beach, only a short drive
away. Combining the old with the new and the rural
with the urban, Sanford offers something for everyone.
Moving into a new
neighborhood can be a stressful and hectic experience.
Whether you are moving across town, across the state
or across the country, the following pages will
provide you and your family tips on getting settled
